– ADOPTED – Many of you know and love Paloma. When Dan and Sue met her at El Mercado several weeks ago they decided to foster her and were determined to find her a good home. Of course they fell in love with her. The surprise is….their neighbor, Maria and her family, also fell in love with Paloma. Sometimes a creative solution is the best. Both families adopted Paloma together. Now she is doubly loved!

Paloma was rescued from the streets of Sierpe, Costa Rica. She is a beautiful dog with a sweet personality. She is great with other dogs and does good on a leash. She will make a wonderful addition to your family. Please help us find her a forever home.

Visit our shelter
Our shelter is open to the public for Adoption Saturdays from 9-12 every Saturday. If you are unable to visit during those hours, please contact us to arrange another time!
All animals at El RefUgio are spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and dewormed.
