Birthdate – about 2021Yokie is a couple of years old. She came to El Refugio after a very nice family found her abandoned. Unfortunately, the other dogs at the family home have been attacking her, so they are unable to keep her.
Approx mid-2021Lobo was found at the Baru cemetery where it seems he was abandoned a few weeks ago. We estimate him to be around 2 years old. His castration will be paid for by El Refugio. Look at this amazing face! You know you need this one.
Kiko was found abandoned with his 8 littermates in Escalares in September 2023. He’s pure puppy love and kisses!

Bryce is the Chillest Puppy Originally the smallest pup of the 5, Bryce is growing into a curious and adventurous little boy. He loves his foster momma to hold him one moment and then he does zoomies the next. He gets along perfectly with other dogs and cats.

Sweet, Smart and Loving Bootzie was found in the rain, tied up to a pole at the entrance of Escaleras with five puppies next to her in a box. Mom is approximately 2 years old, and the puppies are about five weeks old.
A regal 1 year old with lots of love I am the sweetest angel of an orange tabby! My favorite pastime is to snuggle with my human in bed, on their lap, or anywhere else. I also love to play. If you take me home I will be your forever soulmate.
